Palm Beach airport pickup and return are generally coordinated through Long-Term Parking Garage 1 or 2. Premium Parking may be arranged when requested and approved.

Exact garage, level, and vehicle location sent privately before your reservation begins.
Contactless Return
Return to the instructed facility, photograph the location, and confirm in writing.
Airport parking charges associated with pickup and post-rental vehicle retrieval are the renter's responsibility and will be disclosed in the reservation terms.
Pickup & Return Process
- 1. Receive your exact garage, level, and vehicle location privately before pickup.
- 2. Access the vehicle using the private instructions sent shortly before your scheduled start time.
- 3. At return, park in the instructed facility and photograph the location.
- 4. Confirm garage, level, row/zone, and space in writing. Secure the garage-entry ticket per the private procedure.
Premium Parking
Premium Parking at PBI may be available by request and requires operational approval. It is not the default option. When requested, any parking cost differences will be disclosed.
